The capital group of HCP consists from the mother company (parent company) - H.Cegielski - Poznań S.A. and nine daughter companies:

• H. Cegielski - Remocentrum Ltd.
• H. Cegielski - Energocentrum Ltd.
• H. Cegielski - Logocentrum Ltd.
• H. Cegielski - Service Ltd.
• H. Cegielski - Research and Development Centre Ltd.
• H. Cegielski - Transcel Ltd.
• Infocentrum Ltd.

In all of the daughter companies HCP S.A. owns 100% of shares.
