VII. Public Announcements

1. The Company shall publish announcements in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy (Commercial and Judicial Journal). Copies of announcements should also be submitted to the Shareholder - the State Treasury, and posted at the registered seat of the Company in a venue accessible to all employees.
2. Within four weeks of entering the amended the Articles of Association into the Commercial Register, the Management Board is under obligation to submit the uniform wording of the Articles of Association to the Shareholder - the State Treasury.
3. The Management Board shall be under obligation to announce within one month resolutions of the General Meeting adopted as per art. 405 § 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, with the exception of resolutions to be entered into the Commercial Register.
4. The Management Board shall submit to its registration court an annual report, auditor's opinion, copy of the resolution of the General Meeting accepting the annual report and diving profits or covering losses, as well as the Management Board's report within fifteen days of accepting the annual report by the General Meeting. In the event that the annual report has not been accepted within six months of the accounting reference date, it should be submitted within fifteen days thereafter.
5. Within fifteen days of accepting the annual report the Management Board shall be under obligation to submit the documents required as per art. 70 of the Accountancy Law of 29. September 1994 for announcement in Monitor Polski B.
