Graduated from the Faculty of Working Machines and Vehicles of the Poznań University of Technology in 1978 and since that time he has worked in HCP S.A.. In the past he worked as Head of the Technological Section of the Marine Engine Factory. Since 1993 he worked as Deputy Technical Director in Charge of Marketing and Sales and since 1995 he was in charge of the Marine Engine Factory. By resolution of the Supervisory Board of 28 June 2000 he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors. He was also Marketing and Sales Director. On 29 June 2006 he was appointed President of the Board of Directors and General Director.

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Poznań University of Technology in 1976. He specializes in structural metallurgy and heat treatment. He has worked in HCP SA since 1978. In the past he worked as Deputy Manager of the Machine Tool Factory, Manager of the Diesel Engines and Generating Sets Factory or as Deputy Manufacturing and Sales Director. By resolution of the Supervisory Board of 28 June 2000, he was appointed Member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Currently, he is Technical Director of the Company. By resolution of the Supervisory Board of 29 June 2006 he was again appointed Member of the Board of Directors and Technical Director.

Graduated from the Poznań University of Economics. He has worked in HCP S.A. since 1971. In the period preceding the transformation of HCP into a Company, he worked as Deputy Financial Director in Charge of Controlling. Since 1 December 1995 by resolution of the Supervisory Board he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors. By resolution of the Supervisory Board of 29 June 2006 he was again appointed Member of the Board of Directors and Economic and Financial Director.

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology of the Poznań University of Technology in 1970 as M. Sc. Eng. in Mechanics. He has worked in HCP S.A. since 1 September 1959. In Cegielski he used to work as Manufacturing Manager of the Diesel Engines and Generating Sets Factory. Since 1988 he has worked in the Marketing and Sales Division. By resolution of the Supervisory Board of 29 June 2006 he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors and currently he is also Sales Director.

He has worked in HCP S.A. since 1 September 1979. Currently he works in W2 - Diesel Engines and Generating Sets Factory as OSE operator. Since September 2003 he has been on the Board of Directors of HCP SA as the representative of the staff. Since September 2004 he has been Head of the "Workers' Initiative" All-Polish Trade Union.
