Deliverables

A standard delivery includes:

• blower unit including: the air blower, the transmission, the complete oil lubrication system, the lubricating oil cooler (air or water-cooled), the base frame, a set of shock absorbing pads, the flexible coupling, the main electric motor and the control cabinet;
• automatic control unit including: a modern microprocessor-based control system with a set of sensors for operating variable monitoring, used to fully control all working cycles on the machine, to display the operating variables and to provide basic diagnostic capabilities; includes an oil temperature sensor, an impeller shaft bearing temperature sensor, an oil pressure transmitter and an impeller shaft vibration transmitter;
• air system fittings and accessories including: a fine air filter with suction silencer, a flexible suction side connector, a flexible pressure side connector, a flap check valve, a stub pipe with pressure pick-up, and a release valve with electromechanical actuator (anti-pumping protection);
• tools for assembly and disassembly
• technical documentation and operating manual
• installation check-up
• master control system programming and commissioning

The following can be provided optionally: a sound-absorbing casing, an electric motor power cubicle, an isolating damper, a dirty air filter indicator, and other parts as required by the customer.
