- Efficient service of all the letters of complaint,
- Coordination of the delivery of spare parts for engines
- Giving advice and explanations associated with the usage of the engines
Coordination or - on Customer's request - conducting servicing in the shipyards during the assembling of engines and reparations straight on the ships.
