ASS control system

As standard, H. CEGIELSKI POZNAŃ S.A. compressors are provided with a maintenance-free ASS control system. The system is available in several different versions, with various functionality, equipment or control program, or for various applications, as required by the customer. The ASS control system can operate in a standalone arrangement or can be interfaced to a master control system.

Primary functions of the control system include:

• remote start, operation, stop;
• pressure or another process variable dependent capacity control;
• primary process variable measurements;
• power circuit overload and short-circuit protection;
• temperature, oil pressure and air pressure monitoring;
• threshold violation protection (alerting, emergency, stop);
• displaying measured values directly on the control panel, with optional forwarding to the control room;
• viewing pre-set thresholds.

Any customisation is arranged directly with the customer.
