Gas engine generating sets

A 20 G is a four-stroke in-line engine running on natural gas or biogas, with a turbocharger on a single exhaust line and with gas mixture cooling. A generating set based on 8A20G running on biogas is installed in the "Warta" Sewage Treatment Plant in Częstochowa.

The unit was commissioned following a series of optimisation tests at the Częstochowa School of Technology, the Department of Piston Engines and Control Technology.
